We accept returns if the items you purchased are damaged or doesn’t fit for the purpose but the returning items should be in saleable condition unless they are damaged during the shipment. If you have received such products, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the order at [email protected] with an explanation, a photo attachment of the damage, and the order number. For unwanted products, the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. 


We ship products to anywhere within New Zealand and we do not ship to addresses outside of New Zealand. Our products are shipped within 1-4 Days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
